Then settle into the Lounge for an intimate and memorable bluesy set. 🎶 Otis Taylor is an acclaimed blues musician born in Chicago and raised in Denver, known for his powerful songwriting and distinctive “Trance Blues” style that blends traditional blues with hypnotic rhythms and socially conscious storytelling. Influenced by legends like Muddy Waters and Son House, Taylor plays guitar, banjo, and harmonica and has earned widespread recognition for albums that explore themes of history, race, and justice. A longtime resident of Boulder, he has received multiple awards and was inducted into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame in 2019. 🎸
