One Night in Boulder.
Named one of Denver's most exciting new restaurants by 5280, Pig and Tiger is leaving the city for one night only — popping up at Boulder's Velvet Elk Lounge on June 2nd.
Settle in for a 5-course family-style dinner that tells the story of two chefs: Travis Masar's lifelong obsession with Asian cuisines and Darren Chang's food memories growing up in a Taiwanese household — brought together by 25+ years of combined culinary experience. (The name? Their Chinese zodiac signs. Darren: Pig. Travis: Tiger.)
Expect Taiwanese classics, modern favorites, and bold new interpretations — all made with local Colorado ingredients. Optional beverage pairings available. Vegetarian options provided. $70 per person.
