Drawing inspiration from the mountains around them to create energetic, boot-stomping music, Goldie and the Grindstones are a genre-bending coalescence of folk, rock, pop and jazz. The songs created by this powerful group of six feature the soaring, sultry vocals of Chelsea Hackett, the soulfully vintage acoustic guitar and gritty vocals of Chris Fogler, the swooning and playful tenor sax of Quin Jackson, the screaming blues-soaked guitar of Dan Thurnhoffer, the booming upright bass and baritone vocals of David Keller and the heartbeating, boot-stomping percussion of Sam Krause. The combination of these six talents delivers powerful, moving melody built upon driven, dance worthy grooves.
